The following types of pensions are available. Detailed information is provided in the Retirement and Pension Summary Plan Description (SPD) booklet:
You are eligible to retire with a Regular Pension if you are age 63 or older and have completed at least 10 years of vesting service.
If you do not meet the requirements for any other type of pension but you remain active until you reach Normal Retirement Age and have five years of vesting service, you are entitled to a pension from the Plan.
You are also eligible at Normal Retirement Age if you leave Covered Employment with at least five years of vesting service, provided you work at least one hour of Covered Employment on or after June 1, 1999, or 10 years of vesting service are needed if you left Covered Employment prior to June 1, 1999.
You are eligible to retire with an Early Retirement Pension if:

You are considered to be totally and permanently Disabled if:
Medical evidence of total and permanent disability is required before payment of a disability pension may begin. Proof can be in the form of a signed statement provided by a physician or physicians acceptable to the Trustees or a written verification from the Social Security Administration that you are entitled to a Social Security Disability Award. You may also be required to undergo a medical examination by a physician selected by the Trustees, as well as subsequent examinations following your retirement on a Disability Pension.
You are eligible to retire with a Partial Lump Sum Pension if:
If you elect the Partial Lump Sum Pension option, you may not elect to receive any other amount as a lump sum payment.
A surviving spouse of a Participant who dies on or after January 1, 2004, who is eligible to receive a Pre-Retirement Surviving Spouse Annuity may elect to receive a Partial Lump Sum Pension where a portion of the Pre-Retirement Survivor Spouse Annuity is payable in a lump sum and the remainder in monthly amounts. If the Partial Lump Sum Pension option is elected, no other amount shall be elected as a lump sum payment.
