Overview

The Plumbers, Pipefitters and Service Technicians, Local 422 has chosen to participate in the Drug-Free Alliance Program in order to establish and maintain a workforce that is free of the destructive effects caused by drug and alcohol abuse.

If you are an apprentice, you are required to undergo drug testing. Also, any employer who has a collective bargaining agreement with Plumbers and Pipefitters Local Union 422 can elect to participate in the program.

If your employer participates in the Drug-Free Alliance Program, you should have a copy of the program’s policy booklet. Please refer to the booklet for more details. If your employer does not participate but you’d like to learn more, contact the Local Union office at:
