The following chart highlights key features of the medical benefits offered by the Plan for Class C Medicare-eligible Retired and Disabled Employees and their eligible Dependents. These benefits are described in detail in the Health and Welfare Summary Plan Description (SPD) booklet.

Medical Benefits	Key Features
Calendar Year Maximum	$20,000 per person (includes Prescription Drug Benefits)
Calendar Year Deductible	$250 per person; $500 family maximum
Medicare Supplemental Benefits
Medicare Part A Deductible	Plan pays 100%, no Plan deductible
Medicare Part B	After Plan deductible, Plan pays 100% of Member's 20% of Medicare
