RETIRED Members

If you are a Retired Employee, you may continue coverage for yourself and your Eligible Dependents through this Plan. This benefit is described in detail in the Health and Welfare Summary Plan Description (SPD) booklet. Depending on Medicare eligibility, you and your Eligible Dependents, if any, are covered under either:

You and your spouse would both be considered Class B Members if neither of you are eligible for Medicare. However, if you are eligible for Medicare and your spouse is not, you would be considered a Class C Member and your spouse would be considered a Class B Member.

The Board of Trustees of the Health and Welfare Fund is pleased to offer health and welfare benefits to its Active (Class A) and Retired/Disabled Members (Classes B & C). For specific information regarding these benefits, please click on one of the links below.
